Dear GHX Customer,

Issue Summary:

Shortly after 1 p.m. Mountain Time, GHX became aware of the degradation of Microsoft 365 services. Our team is actively monitoring the situation.

As a result of this service degradation, email-dependent services such as GFax, eInvoicing Provider, eInvoicing Supplier, MetaTrade Suppliers, and all communications with GHX may be affected.

Once Microsoft's 365 service is restored, GHX will resend any impacted emails.
