Obtain information regarding the status of GHX products and subscribe to receive alerts regarding GHX product status by clicking the "Subscribe to Updates" button.
GHX technical teams have identified an issue affecting approximately 25% of GFax orders sent to the Exchange today. The issue began at 6:00 am Mountain Time, causing delays of up to 6 hours for affected orders, depending on when they arrived at GHX.
We have verified that all affected orders have been recovered and reprocessed successfully. We will continue to monitor the situation, but we are back to processing in real time.

Dear GHX GFax Customer,
GHX technical teams have identified an issue affecting approximately 25% of GFax orders sent to the Exchange today. The issue began at 6:00am Mountain Time, causing delays of up to 6 hours for affected orders, depending on when they arrived at GHX.
All affected orders have been recovered and reprocessed successfully. Please allow approximately 1 hour for these orders to be delivered, per the standard GFax processing SLA.
Integrated EDI transactions have not been impacted and continue to process in real time.
GHX will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional updates as soon as they become available.
