Dear GHX Customer,

The issue that was impacting system performance and access for the eInvoicing Provider application has been resolved. Users can access the system and perform normal functions per standard practices as needed.

ROOT CAUSE:
The team identified a system component that was experiencing resource utilization constraints, resulting in intermittent degraded performance of the application. The resourcing issue was corrected, restoring normal functionality.
