We are writing to let you know we had an overnight incident through this morning causing many SFTP-dependent processes not to run correctly. You may be missing today's item master updates, any other updates related to files that would have sent to our SFTP overnight, or any reporting related to files processing as expected.
We have identified the cause of the issue as the SFTP server reached its allocated storage capacity because of increased data volume, which temporarily impacted file transfers. We have addressed the immediate storage issue and our SFTP processes are now running correctly. We are also reviewing our storage policies to prevent this issue from happening again.
If you would like any of today's missed files to be processed, you may manually resend them via SFTP at any time today. Alternatively, if you do not need today's updates, you may prefer to simply wait for tonight's scheduled jobs to process files as normal for tomorrow.
